Pear, almond and vanilla smoothie

Who says smoothies are reserved for the summer? Here’s a winter smoothie recipe that is rich in protein, healthy fats and fruits. Quick to prepare and nutritious, it’s the perfect breakfast to start the day!

Servings: 2

Preparation time: 5 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium pears
  • 125 ml (½ cup) vanilla soy milk
  • 500ml (2 cups) plain greek yogurt, 0% m. f.
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) almond butter
  • 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp.) cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until a smooth texture is obtained.
  3. Enjoy your pear, almond and vanilla smoothie!

Nutritional values (for 1 serving): 362 calories | 44 g carbs | 28 g proteins | 10 g fat | 8 g fibers
