
This frozen yogurt bark is the perfect treat to cool down and satisfy your hunger on a hot afternoon by the pool — guaranteed! It works just as well as a balanced snack or a fun, original dessert.
You can easily customize the recipe to suit your tastes or whatever you have on hand. Use ripe fruit that needs to be eaten soon, add granola for a crunchy twist, or skip the ground flaxseed if you don’t have any. There are plenty of ways to make it your own — and it’ll be just as delicious every time.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups (350 g) plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup (60 ml) ground flaxseed
- 1 small container of strawberries, sliced
- ⅓ cup (60 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey and ground flaxseed. Using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet, smoothing the surface.
- Place the strawberry slices on top of the yogurt mixture.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberries.
- Freeze for 3 to 4 hours, or until the frozen yogurt bark is solid and breaks easily into pieces.
