Who says smoothies are reserved for the summer? Here’s a winter smoothie recipe that is rich in protein, healthy fats and fruits. Quick to prepare and nutritious, it’s the perfect breakfast to start the day!

Preparation time: 5 min
Ingredients:
- 2 medium pears
- 125 ml (½ cup) vanilla soy milk
- 500ml (2 cups) plain greek yogurt, 0% m. f.
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) almond butter
- 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp.) cinnamon
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until a smooth texture is obtained.
- Enjoy your pear, almond and vanilla smoothie!
