POWER FIT Classes
NEW! Power Fit class is an intensive 45 minute group aerobic class that combines muscular, cardiovascular and abdominal exercises. Offered exclusively at Nautilus Plus, the class is divided into 5 circuits where each exercise is executed during one minute followed by a 15 second rest. The Power Fit class will allow you to improve your cardiovascular endurance, tone your entire body and burn a maximum of calories.
