En fait, il y a seulement des aliments que l\u2019on devrait consommer chaque jour et d\u2019autres \u00e0 l\u2019occasion<sup>1<\/sup>. Les aliments faisant partie du <i>Guide alimentaire canadien <\/i>devraient composer la majorit\u00e9 de notre alimentation. Ainsi, plus un aliment est nutritif, plus il devrait \u00eatre consomm\u00e9 souvent. Inversement, plus un produit est sucr\u00e9, gras ou sal\u00e9, moins souvent on devrait le manger.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette optique, aucun aliment n\u2019est interdit! M\u00eame si le chocolat fait partie des aliments \u00e0 consommer moins souvent, un petit carr\u00e9 par jour est une portion tout \u00e0 fait raisonnable. \u00c9videmment, tout d\u00e9pend de ce que l\u2019on a mang\u00e9 au courant de cette m\u00eame journ\u00e9e! \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, quand bien m\u00eame vous ne mangiez du g\u00e2teau qu\u2019une seule fois par mois, contentez-vous d\u2019une pointe\u2026 pas du g\u00e2teau en entier ! Finalement, il faut aussi garder en t\u00eate votre objectif.
