Ce type d\u2019exercice est aussi l\u2019id\u00e9al pour s\u2019\u00e9chauffer avant l\u2019entra\u00eenement, que ce soit une s\u00e9ance du haut et\/ou du bas du corps. Plusieurs variantes sont disponibles sur ces deux appareils. Par exemple, augmenter la pente du tapis, aller de reculons sur l\u2019elliptique, mettre l\u2019accent sur le travail des bras sur l\u2019elliptique, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour certains appareils, nous avons un meilleur contr\u00f4le sur la r\u00e9sistance que l\u2019on impose \u00e0 nos muscles, ce qui permet d\u2019obtenir un travail musculaire et\/ou cardiovasculaire. Par exemple, sur le v\u00e9lo, on peut ajuster la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 et s\u2019en servir pour muscler nos jambes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quant au tapis, il occasionne des impacts sur les articulations et les os. Une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re mais non excessive de ce type d\u2019activit\u00e9 permet de renforcer les os et de pr\u00e9venir l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose.
