Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 portions<br>303 calories \/ 8g glucides \/ 29g prot\u00e9ines \/ 16g lipides <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2 poitrines de poulet (90g ou 30 oz) d\u00e9soss\u00e9es, sans la peau<br>90g fromage brie<br>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<br>2 oignons verts, hach\u00e9s<br>Poivre noir au go\u00fbt<br>De la ficelle de cuisine<br>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper, aplatir les poitrines de poulet.<br>2. Faire fondre le brie au micro-ondes \u00e0 faibles intensit\u00e9.<br>3. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer le fromage fondu, les canneberges, les pognons verts et le poivre.<br>4. Tartiner la moiti\u00e9 du m\u00e9lange sur chaque escalope, puis les rouler sur elles-m\u00eames en les maintenant \u00e0 l\u2019aide de ficelle.<br>5. Dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, chauffer l\u2019huile et faire saisir chaque roulade environ 2 minutes par c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br>6.
