La meilleure m\u00e9thode d\u2019\u00e9valuer pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la quantit\u00e9 maximale d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne que votre corps peut consommer ou V0<sub>2Max<\/sub>, est d\u2019analyser la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne inspir\u00e9e et la quantit\u00e9 de gaz carbonique expir\u00e9 lors d\u2019un effort d\u2019intensit\u00e9 maximale. \u00c9videmment, cette technique n\u2019est possible qu\u2019avec l\u2019aide d\u2019un appareillage sophistiqu\u00e9, disponible dans certains centres de conditionnement physique (dont Nautilus Plus) et effectu\u00e9 par des sp\u00e9cialistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Test d\u2019estimation de la consommation d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 d\u00e9faut d\u2019avoir l\u2019appareillage, il vous est possible d\u2019estimer votre V0<sub>2Max<\/sub> vous-m\u00eame, avec un test effectu\u00e9 lors d\u2019un effort sous-maximal. Je vous propose d\u2019effectuer le test de marche de l\u2019Institut UKK (en Finlande). Vous devrez marcher le plus rapidement possible une distance de 2 kilom\u00e8tres. La surface de marche doit \u00eatre plane. R\u00e9f\u00e9rez-vous au tableau de classification afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer votre r\u00e9sultat. Vous pourrez refaire ce test apr\u00e8s trois mois d\u2019entra\u00eenement pour \u00e9valuer votre progression.
