Je vous propose une recette de salade de chou cr\u00e9meuse, qui n\u2019a rien \u00e0 voir avec celle des restaurants. Elle est bien meilleure et surtout, sant\u00e9! Bon app\u00e9tit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donne <strong>4 portions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9frig\u00e9ration : 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 pomme, coup\u00e9e en cubes<\/li><li>Le jus d\u2019un demi-citron<\/li><li>1 sac de salade de chou d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9par\u00e9 (chou rouge, carottes, chou vert)<\/li><li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li><li>1 oignon vert, \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe de graines de c\u00e9leri<\/li><li>1\/3 tasse de noix de Grenoble<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vinaigrette <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00bd tasse de yogourt nature 0%<\/li><li>\u00bc de tasse de vinaigre de cidre<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de sucre<\/li><li>Sel et poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la pomme avec le jus de citron. Ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la salade. <\/li><li>Dans un autre bol, fouetter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette.
