Apr\u00e8s l\u2019avoir termin\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re fois, prendre 60 secondes de repos, puis r\u00e9p\u00e9ter le circuit. Effectuer le circuit trois \u00e0 quatre fois pour de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Le corps est parall\u00e8le au sol et la t\u00eate dans le prolongement de la colonne (photo A). Maintenir la position 2 \u00e0 3 secondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B.<\/strong> Transf\u00e9rer le poids sur la main gauche en soulevant le bras droit vers le plafond de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que le corps se retrouve perpendiculaire au sol. Les pieds se retrouvent l\u2019un par-dessus l\u2019autre (photo B). Maintenir la position 2 \u00e0 3 secondes et retourner \u00e0 la position planche. Soulever les fessiers et maintenir la position (A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B.<\/strong> En maintenant le bassin bien soulev\u00e9, effectuer une flexion des genoux en rapprochant le ballon pr\u00e8s des fesses (B). Allonger les jambes sans d\u00e9poser les fesses au sol. Les bras crois\u00e9s sur la poitrine (A).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>B.<\/strong> Effectuer une flexion en amenant l\u2019\u00e9paule droite vers le genou gauche (B). Redescendre lentement. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter la flexion de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9.
