Ajoutez une portion (100 g) de yogourt grec \u00e0 la vanille pour 80 calories et une \u00bd tasse de petits fruits de champs (environ 40 calories).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donne <strong>16 portions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 25 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 tasses de flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/li><li>1 tasse de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e sucr\u00e9e<\/li><li>1 tasse d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es<\/li><li>1\/4 tasse de graines de lin<\/li><li>1\/3 tasse d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li><li>1\/4 tasse de miel<\/li><li>1\/2 tasse de petits d\u00e9s d&rsquo;abricots s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/li><li>\u00bd tasse de petits d\u00e9s de figues s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li><li>1\/2 tasse de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/li><li>1\/2 tasse de noix de cajou grill\u00e9es non sal\u00e9es<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s F.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer les flocons d&rsquo;avoine, de noix de coco, d\u2019amandes et de graines de lin dans un grand bol. Fouetter ensemble l&rsquo;huile et le miel dans un petit bol et verser sur le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;avoine tout en remuant.<\/li><li>Verser le m\u00e9lange sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Cuire, en remuant occasionnellement avec une spatule, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange prenne une belle couleur brune dor\u00e9e (environ 25 minutes).<\/li><li>Retirer le granola du four et le laisser refroidir en remuant de temps en temps.
