Le melon d\u2019eau hydrate, le halloumi ajoute des prot\u00e9ines, et la roquette apporte une belle dose de verdure. Le miel \u00e9pic\u00e9 et la menthe <strong>rehaussent les saveurs<\/strong> sans compliquer la recette. <strong>Parfait pour les journ\u00e9es chaudes<\/strong> o\u00f9 on veut bien manger sans se casser la t\u00eate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson : 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>160g de fromage halloumi, tranch\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res d&rsquo;un demi-pouce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) miel liquide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) flocons de piments rouge, plus garniture<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tasses (1L) de melon d\u2019eau, en cubes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) de menthe fra\u00eeche, cisel\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tasses (1L) de roquette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jus de 1 lime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><a><\/a>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter le fromage halloumi en une seule couche en gardant de l\u2019espace entre les morceaux et cuire pendant 3-4 minutes. Lorsque le fromage a une couleur brune-dor\u00e9e, le retourner pour le brunir de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant que le fromage cuit, m\u00e9langer dans un petit bol le miel avec les flocons de piment rouge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois le fromage cuit sur les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, retirer du feu et verser le m\u00e9lange de miel dans la po\u00eale chaude. M\u00e9langer le tout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand bol, ajouter le melon d&rsquo;eau, la menthe, la roquette et le jus de lime.
