Ils combinent des <strong>prot\u00e9ines maigres,<\/strong> des <strong>l\u00e9gumes croquants<\/strong> et une <strong>salsa pleine de<em> pep<\/em><\/strong>, le tout dans une <strong>tortilla moelleuse<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est une belle fa\u00e7on de <strong>manger \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong> sans sacrifier le go\u00fbt ni passer des heures en cuisine. Bonus : tout le monde peut assembler son taco comme il l\u2019aime, ce qui en fait une option id\u00e9ale pour toute la famille !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) de poudre d\u2019ail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) de paprika fum\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) de poudre de chili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600g de filet de poisson Basa (pangasius)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 petites tortillas souples*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 ml) de yogourt grec, 2% m.g.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 oignon vert, tranch\u00e9 finement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*Noter que le choix des tortillas pourraient influencer les valeurs nutritives de la recette. Les valeurs ci-dessous sont calcul\u00e9es avec les tortillas format moyen, de marque POM au bl\u00e9 entier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salade de chou :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bd tasse de chou rouge, tranch\u00e9 finement (\u00e0 la mandoline)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00bd tasse de chou vert, tranch\u00e9 finement (\u00e0 la mandoline)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe (45 ml) de vinaigre de riz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salsa de tomates :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 tomate moyenne, coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de tasse (60 ml) d\u2019oignon rouge, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de tasse (60 ml) de coriandre fra\u00eeche, cisel\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jus d\u2019une demi-lime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer les \u00e9pices pour le poisson, soit l\u2019ail en poudre, le paprika, le chili et le sel. Saupoudrez chaque filet de Basa, des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale, chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9. Cuire le poisson 4-5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, selon l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des filets, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit cuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, dans un grand bol, ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la salade de chou et bien m\u00e9langer. Saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un bol moyen, ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la salsa de tomate. Saler au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque le poisson est cuit, assembler les tacos.
