L\u2019orge est un grain peu utilis\u00e9, mais qui <strong>se cuisine encore plus facilement<\/strong> que le riz arborio. Il <strong>contient \u00e9galement plus de fibres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personnellement, je n\u2019avais pas de vin blanc sous la main, alors j\u2019ai d\u00e9glac\u00e9 au vinaigre balsamique et cela a donn\u00e9 <strong>une autre saveur int\u00e9ressante<\/strong> au risotto et un go\u00fbt plus prononc\u00e9 au repas\u00a0! \u00c0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter dans d\u2019autres recettes de risotto classique\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019autre part, je vous conseille d\u2019attendre \u00e0 table avant de saler votre risotto, car avec le jambon et la feta, ce pourrait \u00eatre amplement suffisant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 40 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 petit oignon jaune, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tiges de c\u00e9leri, tranch\u00e9es finement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250g (une petite barquette) de champignons blancs ou caf\u00e9, tranch\u00e9s finement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250g de jambon, coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) d\u2019orge perl\u00e9, sec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tasses (1 L) de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, r\u00e9duit en sodium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g de fromage feta, \u00e9miett\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aneth frais, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9, faire revenir l\u2019oignon, le c\u00e9leri et les champignons dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, pendant 10 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tout soit bien dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le jambon et l\u2019orge sec, et faire revenir quelques minutes avant de d\u00e9glacer avec le vinaigre balsamique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition pour ensuite laisser mijoter couvert \u00e0 feu moyen-doux pour 30 minutes. Remuer de temps en temps.
