Je vous propose ici une fa\u00e7on d\u2019<strong>utiliser votre poudre de prot\u00e9ines autrement <\/strong>que dans un smoothie. Elle peut \u00eatre une addition facile \u00e0 vos recettes de d\u00e9jeuners pour les rendre plus soutenants, comme ces carr\u00e9s prot\u00e9in\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez ne pas utiliser de poudre de prot\u00e9ines, vous pouvez toujours utiliser le lait prot\u00e9in\u00e9 ultrafiltr\u00e9 de Natrel ou Fairlife au lieu du lait conventionnel. Il faudra alors augmenter la quantit\u00e9 de flocons d&rsquo;avoine pour que ce ne soit pas trop liquide (pr\u00e9voir environ 1\/3 de tasse de flocons d\u2019avoine additionnel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, pour faire changement du beurre d\u2019arachide, j\u2019utilise ici le <strong>beurre de s\u00e9same<\/strong> (tahini), qui ajoute une saveur int\u00e9ressante&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 8 carr\u00e9s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temps de cuisson : 30-35 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 banane bien m\u00fbre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tasses (500 ml) de flocons d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 ml) de yogourt grec nature 2%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 mesures de poudre de prot\u00e9ines au choix (ou 60g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00bd tasse (375 ml) de lait 2%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de tasse (80 ml) de p\u00e9pites de chocolat mi-sucr\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) de tahini (ou autre beurre de noix)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand bol, \u00e9craser la banane \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le reste des ingr\u00e9dients, sauf le tahini, et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser dans un plat allant au four, d\u2019une grandeur de 9&#215;9 pouces, id\u00e9alement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser en filet le tahini sur le m\u00e9lange et enfourner pour 30-35 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre en ressorte propre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Je conseille <strong>deux carr\u00e9s prot\u00e9in\u00e9s<\/strong> pour un<strong> d\u00e9jeuner complet<\/strong> ou <strong>un carr\u00e9 pour une collation compl\u00e8te<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Essayez ces autres d\u00e9jeuners prot\u00e9in\u00e9s :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/fr\/bol-de-smoothie-proteine-au-granola\/\">Bol de smoothie prot\u00e9in\u00e9 au granola<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/sandwich-dejeuner-omelette-express\/\">Sandwich d\u00e9jeuner omelette express<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>Valeurs nutritives pour deux carr\u00e9s : 436 calories | 50g glucides | 7g fibres | 15g lipides | 30g prot\u00e9ines<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qui a dit qu\u2019un d\u00e9jeuner chocolat\u00e9 ne pouvait pas \u00eatre balanc\u00e9 et rassasiant\u00a0?
