Voil\u00e0 une id\u00e9e g\u00e9niale qui demande un minimum de vaisselle et d\u2019efforts pour les soupers press\u00e9s. Je vous propose ici une version avec une source d\u2019Om\u00e9ga-3, soit le poisson blanc avec une papillote de l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La papillote<\/strong> est une mani\u00e8re toute simple de servir des <strong>l\u00e9gumes app\u00e9tissants<\/strong> qui fondent dans la bouche, et ce, sans devoir rester autours de la po\u00eale. On peut l\u2019oublier un moment au four, et revenir pour y trouver des l\u00e9gumes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s \u00e0 la perfection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 du thym ici pour aromatiser le tout, mais n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser les fines herbes que vous avez sous la main. Vous pouvez m\u00eame y ajouter un peu de jus de citron si les papilles vous en disent&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vous sugg\u00e8re aussi d\u2019utiliser une mandoline pour trancher vos l\u00e9gumes\u2026, une autre fa\u00e7on d\u2019\u00e9conomiser du temps de pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson : 50 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>500g de filet de sole (ou autre poisson blanc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 courgettes moyennes, tranch\u00e9es \u00e0 la mandoline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gros oignon rouge, tranch\u00e9 \u00e0 la mandoline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 patates douces, grosseurs moyennes (~350g par patate), tranch\u00e9es \u00e0 la mandoline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe (45 ml) de beurre froid, en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quelques tiges de thym frais<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sur une grande feuille de papier d\u2019aluminium, mettre les tranches de courgette, d\u2019oignon et de patate douce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser les cubes de beurre et tiges de thym entre les l\u00e9gumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refermer la papillote question qu\u2019elle soit herm\u00e9tique. Mettre au four 40 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s les 40 minutes, sortir la plaque, d\u00e9faire la papillote* et y ajouter les filets de poisson. Badigeonner les filets d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, y d\u00e9poser d\u2019autres tiges de thym frais et saler au go\u00fbt.
