Je vous propose ici une recette classique revisit\u00e9e, une croustade \u00e0 la rhubarbe, avec prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale textur\u00e9e (PVT) dans le crumble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La PVT est issue du soya, et est une <strong>excellente source de prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong>. Elle se trouve facilement en vrac ou dans les \u00e9piceries conventionnelles, en granules d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9es de diff\u00e9rentes tailles. On l\u2019utilise souvent r\u00e9hydrat\u00e9e en remplacement de la viande hach\u00e9e. Ici, je vais l\u2019utiliser telle quelle, pour garder sa texture croquante !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le petit go\u00fbt acidul\u00e9 de la rhubarbe se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec le sucr\u00e9. Un combo parfait&nbsp;! D\u00e9gustez cette croustade en dessert ou en collation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson : 45 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Garniture<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>6 branches de rhubarbe, coup\u00e9es en tron\u00e7ons de quelques cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 de tasse (60 ml) de sucre blanc granul\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10 ml) de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crumble<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) de flocons d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de tasse (75 ml) de farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 ml) de PVT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de tasse (75 ml) de beurre non sal\u00e9, ramolli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de tasse (75 ml) de cassonade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375 degr\u00e9s F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les tron\u00e7ons de rhubarbe, le sucre granul\u00e9 et la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs \u00e0 une petite casserole. Cuire \u00e0 feu doux pour 20 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la rhubarbe ait bien ramollie, mais qu\u2019il reste encore des morceaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients du crumble dans un bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un plat allant au four, verser la garniture. Saupoudrer le crumble sur le dessus, pour couvrir toute la rhubarbe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire au four pendant 45 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le crumble soit dor\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C&rsquo;est le moment de partager votre magnifique croustade \u00e0 la rhubarbe!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fan de croustade?
