Ce smoothie d\u00e9jeuner se d\u00e9guste parfaitement en route vers le boulot puisqu\u2019il s\u2019emporte facilement dans votre tasse pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa quantit\u00e9 de glucides et de prot\u00e9ines, il constitue \u00e9galement une bonne collation post entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portion : 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 dose d\u2019espresso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 banane congel\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 ml) de yogourt grec \u00e0 la vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125 ml) de lait 2%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc de tasse (60 ml) de flocons d\u2019avoine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) de beurre d\u2019arachide (ou d\u2019amande)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 cubes de glace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Faire couler l\u2019espresso et le mettre au frigo directement pour qu\u2019il refroidisse le temps d\u2019ajouter le reste des ingr\u00e9dients au m\u00e9langeur.
