Avez-vous vu la belle couleur? Voici donc une recette de pouding faite \u00e0 base de graines de chia, de la poudre de th\u00e9 matcha et une compote express de framboises. Une collation \u00e0 la fois tr\u00e8s nutritive et \u00e9nergisante gr\u00e2ce au matcha. De plus, ce qu\u2019on aime bien de cette collation c\u2019est qu\u2019elle est tr\u00e8s facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantit\u00e9: 1 portion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 5 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson&nbsp;: aucune!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Repos au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur : 2 heures minimum ou toute la nuit<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1\/3 tasse de boisson d\u2019amande (vous pouvez utiliser du lait de vache ou n\u2019importe quelle autre boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd c \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2.5ml) de poudre de th\u00e9 matcha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 table de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table (30ml) de graines de chia noires<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse de framboises fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es (ou autres petits fruits au choix)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 noter&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Vous pouvez ajuster la quantit\u00e9 de liquide (boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ou lait) d\u00e9pendant de la texture que vous recherchez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous pouvez utiliser de la stevia comme agent sucrant \u00e0 la place du sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable si d\u00e9sir\u00e9&nbsp;: \u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de stevia ou 2-4 gouttes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le pouding se conserve 3 \u00e0 4 jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\" start=\"1\">\n<li>Dans un pot Mason, ajouter la boisson d\u2019amande, le matcha et le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable (ou la stevia). Refermer le contenant et bien m\u00e9langer en secouant vigoureusement le pot de conserve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les graines de chia et m\u00e9langer de nouveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 immersion des graines dans le liquide. Placer le pot Mason au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour un minimum de 2 heures ou toute la nuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un bol, \u00e9craser les fruits avec un peu d\u2019eau si n\u00e9cessaire pour former une pur\u00e9e. Puis, placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour la m\u00eame dur\u00e9e que le pouding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une fois votre pouding de chia pr\u00eat, verser la pur\u00e9e de fruits sur le dessus.
