Justement, <b>avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu parler du ratio prot\u00e9ines\/calories ?<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce ratio nous renseigne rapidement sur la teneur en prot\u00e9ines d\u2019un aliment par rapport \u00e0 son nombre de calories. <b>Pour le calculer, vous devez simplement diviser la quantit\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines d\u2019un produit (en grammes) par son total de calories.<\/b> Ainsi, lorsqu\u2019on veut perdre du poids, il faut favoriser les viandes, volailles, poissons, substituts de viande, lait et substituts qui poss\u00e8dent un ratio plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, car ceux-ci vous tiendront rassasi\u00e9 plus longtemps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet outil n\u2019est toutefois pas sans limite! Par exemple, certains poissons comme la truite, le hareng, le saumon, le maquereau ainsi que les noix et graines ont de faibles ratios. C\u2019est parce qu\u2019ils sont plus riches en gras insatur\u00e9s ou \u00ab bons gras \u00bb. <b>Il ne faut donc pas syst\u00e9matiquement les \u00e9liminer de notre alimentation, sous peine de faire chuter notre taux sanguin de bon cholest\u00e9rol!<\/b> De m\u00eame, les l\u00e9gumineuses (pois chiches, lentilles, haricots) poss\u00e8dent un petit ratio, car ils sont riches en glucides et en fibres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur ce, voici un tableau classant les diff\u00e9rentes sources de prot\u00e9ines en fonction de leur ratio prot\u00e9ines \/ calories<sup>1<\/sup>.
