Le tofu assaisonn\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9rable et accompagn\u00e9 des pommes, elle ram\u00e8ne les saveurs du Qu\u00e9bec. &nbsp;Le contraste du sucr\u00e9 et de l\u2019acidul\u00e9 rend cette salade savoureuse et d\u00e9licieuse! &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;: 15 minutes&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson&nbsp;: 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quantit\u00e9&nbsp;: 4 portions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Particularit\u00e9s<\/strong>&nbsp;: V\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, sans lactose, sans \u0153ufs, sans gluten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allerg\u00e8ne<\/strong>&nbsp;: Noix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marinade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>1 bloc de tofu extra ferme (~350-450g), coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) de sauce soya<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) de gingembre moulu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tasse (60 ml) d\u2019eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2\/3 tasse (150 ml) de quinoa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/3 tasses (300 ml) d\u2019eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pomme, tranch\u00e9e en quartiers minces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tasses (100g) de jeunes \u00e9pinards, hach\u00e9s grossi\u00e8rement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc tasse (60 ml) de feuilles de menthe, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125ml) (50g) de pacanes, hach\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vinaigrette<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table + 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (35 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table + 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (35 ml) de vinaigre de cidre de pomme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. c \u00e0 table + 1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (35 ml) de sauce soya<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10 ml) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5ml) de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Mariner le tofu avec le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, le gingembre, la sauce soya et l\u2019eau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retirer le tofu de la marinade (voir note de bas de page).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faire cuire le quinoa dans une casserole avec l\u2019eau selon les indications. R\u00e9server et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive, verser un peu d\u2019huile et cuire \u00e0 feu moyen le tofu en d\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s soient dor\u00e9s. R\u00e9server et laisser ti\u00e9dir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette dans un autre bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand saladier, combiner tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients de la salade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer la vinaigrette et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer 30 minutes et manger frais.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Note<\/strong>&nbsp;: Il est recommand\u00e9 de faire mariner le tofu la veille de la pr\u00e9paration de la recette afin qu\u2019il absorbe le plus possible les assaisonnements. La salade de quinoa se conserve 2 \u00e0 3 jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Il y a toujours la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter du jus de citron sur les pommes afin de ralentir le brunissement des pommes.
