Parfaite pour un soir de semaine o\u00f9 l\u2019on est press\u00e9, cette recette de salade d\u2019\u00e9pinards sera pr\u00eate en moins de 30 minutes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson : 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4>Garniture&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe (7,5ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>1 paquet (454g) de tofu ferme, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>8 tasses (2L) d\u2019\u00e9pinards, hach\u00e9s grossi\u00e8rement<\/li><li>2 tasses (500ml) de riz brun cuit ou tout autre riz, soit \u00bd tasse (125ml) par personne<\/li><li>2 carottes, r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/li><li>6 feuilles de basilic frais, hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) d\u2019arachides, hach\u00e9es<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4>Sauce \u00e0 cuisson&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00bc tasse (60ml) de beurre d\u2019arachide<\/li><li>\u00bc tasse (60ml) de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe (7,5ml) de sauce soya all\u00e9g\u00e9e en sodium<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe (7,5ml) de Miso<\/li><li>Le jus d\u2019un demi-citron, \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 environ 1 \u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe (22,5ml)<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15ml) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li><li>Poivre seulement, car le miso contient beaucoup de sel!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4>Vinaigrette&nbsp;:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15ml) d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/li><li>Jus d\u2019un demi-citron<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe (7,5ml) de vinaigre de riz<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30ml) de la <strong>sauce \u00e0 cuisson <\/strong>pr\u00e9par\u00e9e pr\u00e9alablement<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce \u00e0 cuisson dans une tasse en pyrex ou un plat allant au four micro-ondes.<\/li><li>Faire chauffer la sauce 30 \u00e0 45 secondes, pour que le beurre d\u2019arachide se m\u00e9lange mieux dans la sauce. M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une texture homog\u00e8ne. R\u00e9server.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9parer la vinaigrette en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients de celle-ci, r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, \u00e0 feu moyen, chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et ajouter le tofu. Cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit grill\u00e9 de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Baisser le feu et ajouter le reste de sauce \u00e0 cuisson.
