N\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 multiplier la recette et \u00e0 congeler vos portions de soupe lasagne s\u00e9par\u00e9ment pour des repas faciles !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quantit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;: 4 portions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>&nbsp;: 15 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temps de cuisson<\/strong>&nbsp;: 50 min<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allerg\u00e8nes&nbsp;<\/strong>: gluten (bl\u00e9), soya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>INGR\u00c9DIENTS&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fausse viande hach\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 bloc de tofu extraferme (~350g)<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 table (30 ml) de levure nutritionnelle*<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5 ml) poudre de chili<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 (2,5 ml) poudre d\u2019ail<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 table (15 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 table (15 ml) de sauce soya<\/li><li>\u00bc c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de fum\u00e9e liquide<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soupe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>3 oignons jaunes moyens, coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s (~275g)<\/li><li>4 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>4L d\u2019eau<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 table (30 ml) de concentr\u00e9 de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li><li>Une bo\u00eete (796 ml) de tomates broy\u00e9es sans sel ajout\u00e9<\/li><li>Une petite bo\u00eete (156 ml) de p\u00e2te de tomates sans sel ajout\u00e9<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 table (15 ml) d\u2019origan s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li><li>5 feuilles de basilic frais, cisel\u00e9es<\/li><li>6 p\u00e2tes de lasagne non cuites, coup\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement en morceaux<\/li><li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li><li>Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 pour servir (facultatif)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>*Remarque<\/strong>&nbsp;: La levure nutritionnelle est synonyme de levure alimentaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>PR\u00c9PARATION&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350F.<\/li><li>Dans un bol, d\u00e9faire le bloc de tofu avec les mains en petits morceaux. R\u00e9server.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer les \u00e9pices, la levure, l\u2019huile, la sauce soya et la fum\u00e9e liquide. Ajouter au tofu en morceaux.<\/li><li>Sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte d\u2019un papier parchemin, \u00e9taler les morceaux de tofu. Cuire au four 45 minutes. Brasser les morceaux de tofu \u00e0 la mi-cuisson. Une fois la cuisson termin\u00e9e et les morceaux de tofu bien d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9s, laisser reposer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature pi\u00e8ce.<\/li><li>Entre-temps, dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen, attendrir l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail dans l\u2019huile. Ajouter tous les autres ingr\u00e9dients sauf les p\u00e2tes de lasagne et les morceaux de tofu.<\/li><li>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire pendant environ 10 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la quantit\u00e9 de liquide ait bien diminu\u00e9.<\/li><li>Ajouter ensuite les morceaux de p\u00e2tes de lasagne et continuer la cuisson pendant 7-10 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les p\u00e2tes soient cuites.<\/li><li>Retirer du feu, ajouter les morceaux de tofu et servir.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note&nbsp;: La soupe lasagne se cong\u00e8le pour une dur\u00e9e de 4 mois.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous aimez ce type de soupe-repas r\u00e9confortante?
