Bon app\u00e9tit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions\u00a0: 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;: 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuisson&nbsp;: 35 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 tasses (500 ml) de patate douce (environ \u00bd grosse ou 1 petite), coup\u00e9e en cube de 1 cm<sup>3<\/sup><\/li><li>\u00bd oignon rouge, tranch\u00e9 finement<\/li><li>1 tasse (250 ml) de champignons, coup\u00e9s en 4<\/li><li>\u00bd poivron, coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res<\/li><li>1 tasse (250 ml) de tomates cerises<\/li><li>1 petite courgette, coup\u00e9e en rondelles<\/li><li>200 g de fromage halloumi, coup\u00e9 en cube<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15 ml) de persil frais, hach\u00e9<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe (7,5 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>1 tasse (250 ml) de couscous de bl\u00e9 entier sec<\/li><li>1 tasse (250 ml) d\u2019eau<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>\u00bc tasse (60 ml) de persil frais, hach\u00e9<\/li><li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe (7,5 ml) de moutarde de Dijon<\/li><li>Le jus d\u2019un demi citron<\/li><li>Sel et poivre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400\u00b0F.<\/li><li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce.<\/li><li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer la patate douce, l\u2019oignon rouge, les champignons, le poivron et les tomates cerises, puis ajouter la sauce et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Disperser le m\u00e9lange sur une plaque de cuisson (environ 17&Prime;x 11&Prime;) tapiss\u00e9e d\u2019un papier parchemin.<\/li><li>Enfourner durant 20 minutes.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la courgette, le fromage halloumi, le persil et l\u2019huile d\u2019olive.<\/li><li>Lorsque la cuisson est termin\u00e9e, verser le contenu du bol sur la plaque et enfourner \u00e0 nouveau pour 15 minutes ou lorsque le fromage sera grill\u00e9 \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l\u2019eau.
