Sa base de quinoa lui conf\u00e8re des prot\u00e9ines de haute qualit\u00e9, ses pois jaunes et multiples l\u00e9gumes l\u2019enrichissent en fibres, vitamines et min\u00e9raux, et le basilic lui donne plein de fra\u00eecheur!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade estivale nutritive saura satisfaire votre app\u00e9tit et vos papilles gustatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quantit\u00e9<\/strong>: 4 portions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong>: 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Temps de cuisson: <\/strong>30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Particularit\u00e9s: <\/strong>V\u00e9g\u00e9talien, Sans lactose, Sans \u0153ufs, Sans soya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Allerg\u00e8nes<\/strong>: Noix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 tasse de quinoa blanc<\/li><li>\u00bd tasse de pois cass\u00e9s jaunes<\/li><li>1 poivron rouge, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>\u00bd concombre anglais, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>\u00bd oignon rouge, hach\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement<\/li><li>20g (environ \u00bd tasse) de basilic, hach\u00e9 grossi\u00e8rement<\/li><li>\u00bd tasse de fraises, coup\u00e9s en quatre<\/li><li>\u00bc tasse de pacanes en morceaux<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vinaigrette<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 c. \u00e0 table (30 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>1,5 c. \u00e0 table (22,5 ml) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 table (15 ml) de jus de citron<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 table (30 ml) d\u2019eau<\/li><li>Une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration : <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Rincer le quinoa \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide dans un tamis\/passoire \u00e0 mailles fines pendant 30 secondes. Faire la m\u00eame chose avec les pois cass\u00e9s jaunes.<\/li><li>Dans une petite casserole, combiner les pois cass\u00e9s avec 1.5 tasses d\u2019eau. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen, puis r\u00e9duire le feu et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feux doux environ 30 minutes. Les pois seront pr\u00eats quand ils auront absorb\u00e9 toute l\u2019eau de cuisson.<\/li><li>Dans une casserole moyenne, combiner le quinoa avec 2 tasses d\u2019eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen. Couvrir et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 12 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les grains soient tendres. Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/li><li>Pendant ce temps, couper les l\u00e9gumes et les fraises. Hacher le basilic.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9paration de la vinaigrette. Combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients, puis m\u00e9langer vigoureusement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un m\u00e9lange l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9paissi et \u00e9mulsionn\u00e9 soit obtenu.<\/li><li>Assembler votre salade. Commencer par combiner le quinoa et les pois, puis int\u00e9grer la vinaigrette.
