Combinez ces exercices \u00e0 votre programme d\u2019exercice actuel, pour un entra\u00eenement complet!<\/p>\n<p>Enchainez chacun des exercices suivant sans prendre de temps de repos. Une fois les 5 exercices termin\u00e9s, prenez entre 1 et 2 minutes de repos et r\u00e9p\u00e9tez deux autre fois le circuit.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de votre troisi\u00e8me circuit, vous devriez ressentir une fatigue musculaire. C\u2019est signe d\u2019un travail efficace qui g\u00e9n\u00e9rera des r\u00e9sultats. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, ajoutez des poids ou haussez vos charges.<\/p>\n<p>Exercice 1 :<\/p>\n<p>Sumo Squat: un halt\u00e8re dans les mains, Les pieds au double de la largeur du bassin \u00e0 un angle de 45<sup>0<\/sup>. Fl\u00e9chissez les genoux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un angle de 90<sup>0<\/sup> et faites une extension compl\u00e8te sans bloquer les genoux. Fl\u00e9chissez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les genoux et sautez (extension explosive) en faisant une rotation. Atterrir en position lat\u00e9rale oppos\u00e9e. Ne pas arr\u00eater entre les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions.
