Eh oui, c\u2019est possible et en plus, elle est si bonne que vous n\u2019en reviendrez pas! Un ingr\u00e9dient secret\u2026 le navet ! \u00c0 s\u2019y confondre avec les pommes de terre lorsqu\u2019il est cuit au four avec des \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>3 portions<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Par portion (incluant l\u2019accompagnement) : <\/b>376 calories \/ 49 g glucides \/ 13 g gras \/ 17 g prot\u00e9ines \/ 8 g fibres<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><b>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>2 (1 kg) navets de grosseur moyenne, pel\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en julienne<\/li><li>1 pomme de terre russet moyenne, non pel\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en julienne<\/li><li>10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de poudre d\u2019ail<\/li><li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de paprika<\/li><li>2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de sel<\/li><li>160 ml (2\/3 de tasse) de fromage mozzarella, partiellement \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4><b>Sauce \u00e0 poutine<\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<b><br><\/b>1 \u00e9chalote grise, hach\u00e9e finement<b><br><\/b>1 gousse d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9e<b><br><\/b>60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) de vin blanc<b><br><\/b>375 ml (1 \u00bd tasse) de bouillon de b\u0153uf ou de poulet ou de l\u00e9gume, faible en sodium<b><br><\/b>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de farine de bl\u00e9 entier<b><br><\/b>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019eau<b><br><\/b>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Accompagnement (par personne)<br><\/b>5 b\u00e2tonnets de carottes<b><br><\/b>5 b\u00e2tonnets de concombre<b><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 425 \u00b0F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les navets et la pomme de terre avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajouter les \u00e9pices en vous assurant de bien enrober chaque frite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Disposer les frites une \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019autre sur 2 plaques allant au four, sous un papier parchemin. Cuire les frites environ 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pendant la cuisson des frites, pr\u00e9parer votre sauce. Dans une petite casserole, faire sauter l\u2019\u00e9chalote dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen-doux pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter l\u2019ail, puis poursuivre la cuisson 30 secondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Ajouter le vin blanc, laisser r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9, puis ajouter le bouillon de b\u0153uf. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser mijoter 10 minutes. Pour \u00e9paissir la sauce, m\u00e9langer dans un petit bol la farine et l\u2019eau, puis ajouter \u00e0 la sauce. Saler, poivrer. R\u00e9server \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
