Voici ma version all\u00e9g\u00e9e, dans un pita, avec une touche de tzatziki, \u00e9pinards et tomates, qui en font un plat totalement d\u00e9lectable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>4 portions<br><\/b><b>Par portion (incluant l\u2019accompagnement) : <\/b>436 calories \/ 72 g glucides \/ 12 g gras \/ 19 g prot\u00e9ines \/ 14 g fibres<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><b>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>500 ml (2 tasses) de pois chiches en conserve, rinc\u00e9s<\/li><li>3 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li><li>2 \u00e9chalotes grises, hach\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement<\/li><li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de coriandre, hach\u00e9e<\/li><li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de tahini<\/li><li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/li><li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019eau<\/li><li>10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>Le jus d\u2019un citron<\/li><li>1 piment rouge fort<\/li><li>2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de cumin<\/li><li>2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de coriandre moulue<\/li><li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Accompagnement (par personne)<br><\/b>1 pita au bl\u00e9 entier (50 g)<br>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de sauce tzatziki du commerce<br>15 feuilles de b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00e9pinard<br>1\/2 tomate, coup\u00e9e en tranches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400 \u00b0F.<\/li><li>Dans un robot culinaire, incorporer tous les ingr\u00e9dients des falafels.<\/li><li>Former environ 16 boules aplatis de falafels avec la pr\u00e9paration.
