Dans le cas de l\u2019exercice cardiovasculaire, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un effort continu de longue dur\u00e9e qui n\u00e9cessite une grande consommation d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne. Dans le cas du gain de masse musculaire, l\u2019effort est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec de lourdes charges et de fa\u00e7on intermittente.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a longtemps pens\u00e9 que le fait de stimuler le corps de fa\u00e7on oppos\u00e9e nous emp\u00eacherait d\u2019obtenir les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de chacun des types d\u2019entra\u00eenement. En pr\u00e9sence des deux types d\u2019exercices, le corps obtient des am\u00e9liorations tant au niveau du volume, de la force et de la puissance musculaire que de la capacit\u00e9 cardiorespiratoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Avoir un bon cardio pourrait m\u00eame aider \u00e0 mieux performer lors de nos s\u00e9ances de musculation<\/b>. En effet, l\u2019entra\u00eenement cardiovasculaire am\u00e9liore la circulation sanguine dans les muscles. Ceux-ci seraient ensuite plus performants \u00e0 l\u2019effort et r\u00e9cup\u00e9reraient plus facilement. Le corps renouvellerait ses r\u00e9serves d\u2019\u00e9nergie (cr\u00e9atine-phosphate) plus rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><b>Conditions \u00e0 respecter pour un gain de masse musculaire optimal :<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><a href=\"\/fr\/blogue\/faire-son-cardio-avant-ou-aprs-la-musculation\/\">Faire le cardio apr\u00e8s la musculation<\/a>.
