Malheureusement, ces changements hormonaux peuvent rendre la perte de poids plus difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Des chercheurs europ\u00e9ens (1-2) ont compar\u00e9 la perte de poids chez les femmes adultes et les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es. Dans ces \u00e9tudes, les participantes s\u2019engageaient dans un programme incluant de l\u2019exercice et\/ou des conseils par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation. \u00c0 la fin des diff\u00e9rentes interventions, les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es avaient perdu moins de poids que les femmes plus jeunes. Pourquoi ces r\u00e9sultats? <b>Les changements hormonaux associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9nopause affectent les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la balance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/b>. Ils peuvent vous pousser \u00e0 manger davantage (donc augmentation des apports \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques) ou r\u00e9duire votre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/blogue\/estimer-le-mtabolisme-au-repos\/\">m\u00e9tabolisme de repos<\/a> (diminution de la d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique) (3-4).<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, plusieurs \u00e9tudes font ressortir des r\u00e9sultats plus encourageants (5-7). Par exemple, <b>un mode de vie sain et actif durant la m\u00e9nopause pr\u00e9viendrait le gain de poids, l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose, les maladies du c\u0153ur, le diab\u00e8te et la d\u00e9pression<\/b>. Un autre fait int\u00e9ressant est que les activit\u00e9s de type cardiovasculaire r\u00e9duiraient certains sympt\u00f4mes de la m\u00e9nopause. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, on pense \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019humeur et du bien-\u00eatre ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 une diminution de la fatigue et des insomnies. Aussi, selon certaines \u00e9tudes, le yoga et la marche pratiqu\u00e9s sur une base r\u00e9guli\u00e8re r\u00e9duiraient les bouff\u00e9es de chaleur et les sueurs nocturnes.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, m\u00eame si les hormones jouent contre vous, il ne faut pas se d\u00e9courager.
