Pourquoi?<\/p>\n<p>En fait, avoir de telles pens\u00e9es restrictives r\u00e9v\u00e8le que l\u2019on ob\u00e9it davantage aux stimuli alimentaires ext\u00e9rieurs, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 l\u2019environnement, aux r\u00e8gles impos\u00e9es par certains r\u00e9gimes, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 nos croyances ou \u00e0 celles de notre entourage\u2026 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 en oublier compl\u00e8tement nos besoins physiologiques et nos signaux de faim et de sati\u00e9t\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>Certaines fois, se priver d\u2019aliments jug\u00e9s trop caloriques, gras ou sucr\u00e9s peut m\u00eame nous pousser \u00e0 surconsommer des aliments sant\u00e9 pour pallier nos envies.<\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement (et heureusement!), il est difficile voire m\u00eame impossible d\u2019exercer un contr\u00f4le aussi strict sur son alimentation \u00e0 long terme. Un jour ou l\u2019autre, on finit par perdre le contr\u00f4le et par engloutir des aliments \u00ab interdits \u00bb jusqu\u2019\u00e0 se sentir coupable. Ce sentiment de culpabilit\u00e9 mine notre estime de soi et notre image corporelle, nous incitant \u00e0 adopter de nouveau un comportement hypercontr\u00f4lant vis-\u00e0-vis l\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n<h3>5 trucs pour se sortir de cet engrenage<\/h3>\n<p>1. <b>Le principe de base<\/b> : manger quand on a faim et arr\u00eater lorsqu\u2019on n\u2019a plus faim.<\/p>\n<p>2. <b>Chasser de ses croyances<\/b> la notion d\u2019aliment \u00ab permis \u00bb et \u00ab interdit \u00bb. C\u2019est la quantit\u00e9 et la fr\u00e9quence \u00e0 laquelle on mange les aliments qui importe.<\/p>\n<p>3. <b>Se permettre une petite douceur une fois de temps en temps<\/b>.
