Prenez de 45 secondes \u00e0 90 secondes de repos entre deux supers\u00e9ries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour d\u00e9terminer le nombre de supers\u00e9ries que vous devez faire par groupe musculaire pour la prise de masse, r\u00e9f\u00e9rez-vous \u00e0 ce tableau. Peu importe le nombre de s\u00e9ries ou de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions, vous devez trouver un poids qui vous emp\u00eache d&rsquo;en faire plus que d\u00e9sir\u00e9. Avoir une charge tr\u00e8s proche de ses capacit\u00e9s maximales cr\u00e9e le stress n\u00e9cessaire aux muscles pour un meilleur d\u00e9veloppement de ceux-ci. C&rsquo;est le concept de s\u00e9ries maximales. Par exemple :<\/p>\n<p>Si je d\u00e9cide faire 3 s\u00e9ries de 8 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions et qu&rsquo;il m&rsquo;est possible de faire 3 s\u00e9ries de 15 r\u00e9p\u00e9titions avec ce poids, il sera important d&rsquo;augmenter la charge, car le<s> <\/s>stress sera insuffisant sur le muscle. R\u00e9sultats : perte de temps!<\/p>\n<p>Bien effectu\u00e9es avec la bonne charge, ces supers\u00e9ries vous aideront \u00e0 atteindre vos objectifs.
