Vous aurez besoin d\u2019un peu d\u2019espace, d\u2019une bouteille d\u2019eau, d\u2019un chronom\u00e8tre, de vos souliers de course et de la bonne musique. \u00cates-vous pr\u00eats?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concept\u00a0de l\u2019entrainement \u00e0 la maison pour d\u00e9butants sans \u00e9quipement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cet\u00a0<strong>entrainement \u00e0 la maison pour d\u00e9butants\u00a0<\/strong>sans \u00e9quipement de 30 minutes se fait en\u00a0<strong>trois blocs<\/strong>\u00a0distincts, en plus d\u2019un \u00e9chauffement et d\u2019une p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9tirements.\u00a0<strong>Chaque bloc de l\u2019entrainement sera effectu\u00e9 deux fois<\/strong>\u00a0avant de passer au suivant. Vous ferez chaque exercice pendant\u00a0<strong>30 secondes puis prendrez un repos actif de 30 secondes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant les\u00a0<strong>repos actifs<\/strong>, assurez-vous de continuer \u00e0 bouger en\u00a0<strong>marchant sur place<\/strong>, en faisant des\u00a0<strong>pas de c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0(step-touch) ou encore en effectuant des\u00a0<strong>coups de poing<\/strong>\u00a0altern\u00e9s en position squat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c9chauffement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>30 secondes\u00a0par exercice + 30 secondes de repos actif (dur\u00e9e 5min)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EXERCICE 1 &#8211;
