Afin de vous permettre de profiter pleinement de votre voyage et de continuer \u00e0 manger sainement, voici 5 id\u00e9es de collations \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer d\u2019avance qui s\u2019apportent (et se mangent!) super bien en auto.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Un m\u00e9lange m\u00e9li-m\u00e9lo maison<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C<a href=\"https:\/\/erableduquebec.ca\/recettes\/meli-melo-sucre-sale-a-lerable\/\">e m\u00e9lange gourmand<\/a> rappelle les collations de notre enfance. \u00c0 pr\u00e9parer d\u2019avance et \u00e0 conserver dans un sac r\u00e9utilisable ou un contenant herm\u00e9tique comme un pot Masson. Vous me remercierez plus tard!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Un smoothie<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pour \u00eatre certain de ne pas se salir, rien de mieux que d\u2019opter pour un smoothie. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ultimefit.com\/nutrition\/recettes\/165\/smoothie-banane-beurre-darachide-et-chocolat\">Cette recette d\u2019Ultime Fit<\/a> est incontournable pour moi, \u00ab roadtrip \u00bb\u00a0ou pas. Vous pouvez m\u00eame la congeler afin qu\u2019elle se conserve plus longtemps sur la route.\u00a0Dans d\u2019une glaci\u00e8re, elle doublera aussi comme \u00ab <em>ice pack \u00bb! <\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Un sandwich r\u00e9invent\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sur la route, il ne suffit pas de grignoter pour se d\u00e9sennuyer des longues heures, mais surtout de se rassasier avec des aliments un peu plus prot\u00e9in\u00e9s! Concoctez des sandwichs avant de partir, en utilisant des tortillas de bl\u00e9 entier. Vous pouvez les rouler, puis les couper en petits rouleaux de format individuel (voir photo)\u00a0: ce sera facile ET agr\u00e9able \u00e0 manger. Quelques id\u00e9es de garnitures\u00a0: beurre d\u2019arachide et banane, saumon fum\u00e9 et fromage \u00e0 tartiner, salade de thon, haricots noirs et salsa, etc.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-28888 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/sandwich-reinvente-564x391.png\" alt=\"sandwich-reinvente\" width=\"564\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>4. Des fruits et l\u00e9gumes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">On ne s\u2019en sort pas, les fruits et l\u00e9gumes riches en eau et en fibres sauront vous rassasier, mais aussi vous hydrater alors que parfois, on limite nos breuvages pour ne pas faire trop souvent des arr\u00eats toilettes. Rendez le tout plus agr\u00e9able en coupant d&rsquo;avance vos crudit\u00e9s et vos fruits, et accompagnez d\u2019une trempette \u00e9paisse (et qui ne coulera pas!). Pour les l\u00e9gumes, je vous recommande une trempette comme du hummus, de la <em>baba ganoush<\/em> ou de la guacamole. Pour les fruits, une trempette au yogourt ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ultimefit.com\/nutrition\/recettes\/250\/trempette-cremeuse-a-lorange-pour-les-fruits\">celle-ci de Ultime Fit<\/a>, rendra l\u2019heure de la collation plus int\u00e9ressante.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>5. Des collations de ravitaillement<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Lors de longues heures de route, vous allez peut-\u00eatre manquer de nourriture! Continuez sur votre bonne lanc\u00e9e en choisissant des aliments \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s. J\u2019ai r\u00e9pertori\u00e9 quelques aliments int\u00e9ressants et disponibles en d\u00e9panneur, mais le choix sera plus grand si vous pouvez arr\u00eater \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picerie!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u0152ufs cuits durs<\/li>\n<li>Viande s\u00e9ch\u00e9e de type jerky\u00a0: il existe plusieurs vari\u00e9t\u00e9s pas trop sal\u00e9es et prot\u00e9in\u00e9es!<\/li>\n<li>Sachets de noix m\u00e9lang\u00e9es nature<\/li>\n<li>Bananes et pommes<\/li>\n<li>Fromages emball\u00e9s individuels<\/li>\n<li>Craquelins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avant tout, je vous conseille de partir pr\u00e9par\u00e9, parce que <strong>la cl\u00e9 d\u2019une alimentation bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, m\u00eame en voyage, c\u2019est la planification et la vari\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, c\u2019est \u00e0 vous de me dire\u00a0: quelle est votre collation #1 sur la route?
