En revanche, le raccourcissement des journ\u00e9es qui l\u2019accompagne nous pla\u00eet moins. Pour \u00e9viter la mauvaise humeur et le manque d\u2019\u00e9nergie associ\u00e9s \u00e0 cette p\u00e9riode, de nombreuses personnes sont tent\u00e9es de prendre des suppl\u00e9ments alimentaires. Ces derniers sont-ils n\u00e9cessaires ou est-ce que l\u2019alimentation seule suffit\u2009?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>La priorit\u00e9\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9quilibre dans l\u2019assiette<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019alimentation reste la meilleure fa\u00e7on d\u2019assurer un niveau d\u2019\u00e9nergie optimal et une bonne sant\u00e9. Voici pourquoi les aliments surpassent les suppl\u00e9ments\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un seul aliment donne acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de vitamines, de min\u00e9raux et d\u2019antioxydants alors que les suppl\u00e9ments les isolent.<\/li>\n<li>Les aliments sont plus abordables.<\/li>\n<li>Il y a beaucoup moins de risques d\u2019exc\u00e8s d\u2019un nutriment avec une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e qu\u2019avec les suppl\u00e9ments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame ordre d\u2019id\u00e9es, ces principes s\u2019appliquent, peu importe la saison:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manger trois\u00a0repas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s et des collations chaque jour.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9couter sa faim, qui est le meilleur indicateur d\u2019un manque d\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 venir.<\/li>\n<li>Prioriser les sources de gras insatur\u00e9s, dont les noix et graines, les poissons gras ainsi que les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales non tropicales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Les alli\u00e9s de la saine alimentation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><u>La vitamine D<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Contribuant \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 osseuse et \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, cette vitamine nous est essentielle. Elle est synth\u00e9tis\u00e9e par notre peau gr\u00e2ce aux rayons UVB. Or, en automne et en hiver, les risques de carence augmentent, car la p\u00e9riode d\u2019ensoleillement raccourcit et il est difficile de compenser avec l\u2019alimentation. En effet, les sources importantes de vitamine D, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le lait et ses substituts enrichis, les poissons gras et les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs sont rarement consomm\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9 suffisante.<\/p>\n<p>La dose recommand\u00e9e se situe en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral entre 400 et 1000\u00a0UI par jour, d\u00e9pendant entre autres du degr\u00e9 d\u2019exposition au soleil et de l\u2019\u00e2ge.
