{"id":27986,"date":"2019-08-15T17:05:25","date_gmt":"2019-08-15T21:05:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/?p=27986"},"modified":"2019-08-15T17:05:25","modified_gmt":"2019-08-15T21:05:25","slug":"gerer-son-cholesterol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/gerer-son-cholesterol\/","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e9rer son cholest\u00e9rol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie (cholest\u00e9rol sanguin \u00e9lev\u00e9) fait partie des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 les plus r\u00e9pandus. \u00c0 l\u2019annonce du diagnostic, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est de bien comprendre la maladie.<\/p>\n<p>Le cholest\u00e9rol, une des mati\u00e8res grasses se retrouvant dans le corps humain, entre dans la composition de la membrane cellulaire et de certaines hormones, entre autres. Il y a deux transporteurs dans le sang\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le LDL (lipoprot\u00e9ine de basse densit\u00e9), aussi appel\u00e9 \u00ab mauvais \u00bb cholest\u00e9rol\u00a0: il d\u00e9pose le cholest\u00e9rol dans les art\u00e8res, favorisant ainsi les maladies cardiovasculaires.<\/li>\n<li>Le HDL (lipoprot\u00e9ine de haute densit\u00e9), d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme le \u00ab bon \u00bb cholest\u00e9rol\u00a0: il apporte le cholest\u00e9rol au foie, o\u00f9 il sera d\u00e9truit, ce qui r\u00e9duit les risques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pour diminuer la quantit\u00e9 de cholest\u00e9rol en circulation et dans les art\u00e8res, on cherche \u00e0 augmenter la quantit\u00e9 de HDL et diminuer celle de LDL par l\u2019alimentation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques-unes des astuces pour y arriver\u00a0:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.Privil\u00e9gier les sources de gras insatur\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ces bons gras, qui augmentent le HDL et diminuent le LDL, peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s en\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mangeant du poisson au moins 2 fois par semaine, en particulier les poissons gras, comme le saumon, la truite et le maquereau.<\/li>\n<li>Int\u00e9grant des noix et graines<\/li>\n<li>Utilisant des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales non tropicales, comme l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, \u00e0 la place du beurre pour la cuisson, et m\u00eame dans les vinaigrettes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>2.Diminuer les gras satur\u00e9s et trans<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ces mauvais gras, qui augmentent le LDL, peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9duits en\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cuisinant vos repas afin de r\u00e9duire la consommation d\u2019aliments transform\u00e9s et de restauration.<\/li>\n<li>Choisissant des fromages de moins de 20% MG et des yogourts de moins de 2%MG.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant les viandes maigres (comme la volaille sans la peau) et les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales (comme les l\u00e9gumineuses, le tofu et le tempeh) \u00e0 la viande rouge. Il n\u2019est donc pas n\u00e9cessaire pour la majorit\u00e9 des gens de le r\u00e9duire.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3.Ajouter des fibres alimentaires<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les fibres solubles en particulier diminuent le cholest\u00e9rol sanguin.
