En plus, c&rsquo;est parfait pour les lunchs. On peut les pr\u00e9parer d&rsquo;avance pour la semaine, et ils se conservent tr\u00e8s bien. Ma version du <em>Buddha Bowl<\/em> est simplement d\u00e9licieuse \u00e0 cause d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment secret : la synergie parfaite entre le hummus de kale et l&rsquo;avocat. Bonne d\u00e9couverte !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portions : 6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 paquet de tofu ferme (454g), coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>3&nbsp;tasses (750ml) de vermicelles de riz, cuits<\/li><li>1\/2 concombre anglais, coup\u00e9 en tranches minces<\/li><li>1.5 tasse (375ml)&nbsp;de chou rouge, \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li><li>1 avocat, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>3&nbsp;radis melon, coup\u00e9s en tranches minces<\/li><li>2&nbsp;branches de c\u00e9leri, coup\u00e9s&nbsp;en d\u00e9s<\/li><li>1\/2 tasse (125ml)&nbsp;de sauce soya \u00e0 teneur r\u00e9duite en sodium<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30ml) de miel<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0&nbsp;soupe (15ml) d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30ml)&nbsp;de vinaigre de riz<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe (15ml) de gingembre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Hummus de kale (12 portions)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>1 bo\u00eete (540ml) de pois chiche, rin\u00e7\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<\/li><li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li><li>1 \u00bd tasses (375ml) de kale, tass\u00e9<\/li><li>1\/3 tasse (85ml) de jus de citron<\/li><li>Zeste d&rsquo;un citron<\/li><li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe (45ml) d&rsquo;eau<\/li><li>1\/4 tasse (65ml) de tahini<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>\u00c9tapes :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez la sauce soya, l&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, le vinaigre de riz, le miel et le gingembre. Ajoutez les d\u00e9s de tofu, et bien recouvrir chaque morceau du m\u00e9lange. Recouvrir et mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour un minimum de 30 minutes. Remuez \u00e0 chaque 7-8 minutes pendant les 30 premi\u00e8res minutes.<\/li><li>Pour le hummus de kale, il suffit d&rsquo;ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients&nbsp;dans un robot m\u00e9langeur et de r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e lisse. Si le m\u00e9lange est trop \u00e9pais, vous pouvez ajouter plus d&rsquo;eau ou de jus de citron. Si le m\u00e9lange est trop liquide, ajoutez plus de pois chiche ou kale. R\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li><li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire revenir le tofu marin\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il devienne l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9 (environ 10 minutes). Laissez refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature pi\u00e8ce environ 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Pour servir : dans un bol, ajoutez \u00bd tasse de vermicelle de riz dans le fond. Puis, y ajouter 1\/6 du m\u00e9lange de tofu, des concombres, du chou rouge, du radis melon, de l&rsquo;avocat et&nbsp;du c\u00e9leri.
