De plus, remplacez les tomates fra\u00eeches par des tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9s pour varier le go\u00fbt.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bon app\u00e9tit.<\/p>\n<p>4 portions<\/p>\n<p><em>Valeurs nutritives\u00a0: 374kcal | 19g lipides | 27g prot\u00e9ines | 536g sodium | 5 g fibres<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 grands tortillas de bl\u00e9 entier<\/li>\n<li>6T d\u2019\u00e9pinards frais, rinc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 oignon, h\u00e2ch\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>6 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n<li>\u00be T de lait 1%<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd T de fromage mozzarella partiellement \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>th\u00e9 de muscade<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd T de tomates cerises, coup\u00e9es en deux sur la longueur.<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375 F.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une assiette \u00e0 tarte, placer les tortillas de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il y a de la p\u00e2te qui d\u00e9borde de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 et pour constituer un fond solide sur lesquels mettre les \u0153ufs.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire tomber les \u00e9pinards (environ 2-3 minutes). R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire revenir l\u2019oignon h\u00e2ch\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il devienne transparent.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, battre les \u0153ufs avec le lait et le fromage. Ajouter les oignons et les \u00e9pinards.<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonner avec la muscade, le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Verser dans l\u2019assiette \u00e0 tarte et recouvrir d\u2019un papier d\u2019aluminium. Faire cuire 30 minutes puis sortir du four.
