Mangez les aliments qui vous font plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez peur de perdre contr\u00f4le et ne plus rentrer dans vos v\u00eatements apr\u00e8s les f\u00eates?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Voici une strat\u00e9gie saine et efficace \u00e0 adopter: reconnaitre quand il est le temps d\u2019arr\u00eater de manger. Cela peut sembler simple, mais une bonne maitrise de ses signaux de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 demande beaucoup d\u2019effort et est en fait la clef d\u2019une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Voici 4 \u00e9tapes qui vous aideront \u00e0 reconnaitre vos signaux de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 lors des repas des f\u00eates.<\/p>\n<h2>1) D\u00e8s maintenant: PRATIQUEZ<\/h2>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"giphy-embed\" src=\"https:\/\/giphy.com\/embed\/l3fzK83MijY4y3hba\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nIl faut avant tout apprendre \u00e0 manger plus lentement et \u00e0 d\u00e9guster les aliments. Le corps prend en moyenne 20 minutes pour reconna\u00eetre les signaux de sati\u00e9t\u00e9, d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019importance de manger plus lentement.<\/p>\n<p>La maitrise des signaux de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 ne s\u2019apprend pas de mani\u00e8re instantan\u00e9e. Pour y arriver, je recommande de faire cette exp\u00e9rience virtuelle de d\u00e9gustation de chocolat \u00e0 la maison. L\u2019exercice de d\u00e9gustation est plut\u00f4t intense et je ne recommande pas de pratiquer cette m\u00e9thode exacte pour tout ce que vous mangerez durant les f\u00eates. Cependant, le concept de d\u00e9gustation y est bien expliqu\u00e9 et vous d\u00e9velopperez une nouvelle fa\u00e7on d\u2019y penser.<\/p>\n<p>Je recommande de pratiquer cet exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la maison afin de le maitriser et de pouvoir facilement l\u2019appliquer dans un contexte plus social dans lequel vous ferez face \u00e0 de plus nombreuses distractions<\/p>\n<h2>2) Les jour de repas des f\u00eates: PLANIFEZ<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Assurez-vous de ne pas sauter vos collations ou repas en pr\u00e9voyant manger plus en soir\u00e9e.
