Il est encourageant de savoir que\u00a0<strong>les avantages se font sentir rapidement\u00a0<\/strong><strong>chez une personne qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9dentaire<\/strong> pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, et que son potentiel est donc grand!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Des\u00a0<\/strong><strong>probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents comme l\u2019hypertension, le diab\u00e8te, les probl\u00e8mes articulaires et le surpoids <strong>peuvent tous \u00eatre<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>mieux contr\u00f4l\u00e9s et m\u00eame \u00e9limin\u00e9s<\/strong> et l\u2019apparition de plusieurs autres maladies (dont les cancers, l\u2019ost\u00e9oporose, l\u2019Alzheimer) peut aussi \u00eatre pr\u00e9venue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le\u00a0<\/strong><strong>niveau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019\u00e9nergie est hauss\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><strong>et la fatigue diminue drastiquement.<\/strong> On retrouve une \u00e9nergie que l\u2019on croyait disparue. La qualit\u00e9 du sommeil s\u2019en trouve accrue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019effet sur le moral est ind\u00e9niable<\/strong> : une meilleure humeur, moins de d\u00e9pression, moins d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, une estime de soi augment\u00e9e. Peu importe l\u2019\u00e2ge, un meilleur moral ne fait jamais de tort!<\/li>\n<li>On peut non seulement\u00a0<strong>\u00e9viter la perte de masse musculaire<\/strong>\u00a0(g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement enclench\u00e9e d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e2ge de 30 ans), mais <strong>on peut la maintenir et m\u00eame l\u2019augmenter en faisant des exercices de musculation<\/strong>, comme soulever des poids, tirer des bandes \u00e9lastiques, etc. Il faut absolument faire des exercices de musculation, car une bonne masse musculaire permet entre autres une meilleure mobilit\u00e9 au quotidien.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La sant\u00e9 va bien au-del\u00e0 du fait de ne pas \u00eatre malade. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un privil\u00e8ge et d\u2019une qualit\u00e9 de vie qu\u2019on se doit de prot\u00e9ger du mieux qu\u2019on peut par nos choix au quotidien : en mangeant mieux et en bougeant plus.
