La voici donc, ma recette de saumon caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9rable et au miso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration:&nbsp;<\/strong><em>10 Minutes<\/em><br><strong>Cuisson:&nbsp;<\/strong><em>20 Minutes<\/em><br><strong>Temps total:&nbsp;<\/strong><em>30 Minutes<\/em><br><strong>Portions&nbsp;:<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>4<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Valeurs nutritionnelles<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Calories&nbsp;:&nbsp;457 | Gras&nbsp;:&nbsp;14&nbsp;g | Glucides&nbsp;:&nbsp;48&nbsp;g | Fibres&nbsp;:&nbsp;7&nbsp;g | Prot\u00e9ines&nbsp;:&nbsp;37&nbsp;g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de p\u00e2te de miso blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de sauce soya r\u00e9duite en sodium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de vinaigre de riz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 gousse d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le jus d\u2019une lime<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de gingembre frais, r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 filets de saumon (500 g) (sauvage si possible), sans la peau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de graines de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de coriandre, hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oignons verts, hach\u00e9s finement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Accompagnement pour 4 personnes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>190 ml (3\/4 tasse) de quinoa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>375 ml (1 \u00bd tasse) de bouillon de poulet faible en sodium<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 asperges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, pr\u00e9parer la marinade en m\u00e9langeant le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable avec la p\u00e2te de miso, la sauce soya, le vinaigre de riz, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same, l\u2019ail, le jus de lime et le gingembre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un bol herm\u00e9tique ou un grand sac Ziploc, mettre les morceaux de saumon avec la marinade. Faire mariner au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au minimum 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer l\u2019accompagnement de quinoa (ou tout autre grain). Cuire le quinoa dans le bouillon de poulet selon les indications sur l\u2019emballage. R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F) ou votre barbecue \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9server la marinade s\u00e9par\u00e9ment du saumon dans un bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019ils seront cuits au four,<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>mettre les filets sur une plaque allant au four et cuire environ 12-15 minutes selon l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des filets et la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Saler, poivrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019ils seront cuits au barbecue, baisser le feu \u00e0 moyenne intensit\u00e9 et griller le saumon de 2 \u00e0 3 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit marqu\u00e9 par la grille. Retourner d\u00e9licatement et poursuivre la cuisson environ 6 \u00e0 8 minutes selon l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des filets et la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Saler, poivrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les asperges m\u00e9lang\u00e9es avec l\u2019huile d\u2019olive lorsqu\u2019il reste 10 minutes de cuisson au saumon. Saler, poivrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant la cuisson du saumon, badigeonner le poisson \u00e0 plusieurs reprises avec le reste de la marinade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lorsque le saumon est pr\u00eat, garnir de graines de s\u00e9same, de coriandre et d\u2019oignons vert.
