Par contre, les calories montent vite, alors assurez-vous de garnir votre plat avec beaucoup de l\u00e9gumes et assez de prot\u00e9ines pour vous soutenir&nbsp;!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>4 portions<\/b><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">280 g de spaghetti de bl\u00e9 entier<br \/>\n5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n227 g (1) casseau de champignons, coup\u00e9s en tranches<br \/>\n2 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9es<br \/>\n60 g (4) tranches de prosciutto, hach\u00e9<br \/>\n500 ml (4 tasses) de b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00e9pinards<br \/>\n125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de fromage ricotta partiellement \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<br \/>\n41 g (3 c.&nbsp;\u00e0 soupe) de pesto du commerce<br \/>\n60 ml (1\/4 tasse) de fromage parmesan<br \/>\n30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de basilic frais, hach\u00e9<br \/>\nSel et poivre au go\u00fbt<b style=\"font-size: 13px;\">&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une casserole remplie d\u2019eau bouillante, cuire les p\u00e2tes selon les indications sur l\u2019emballage.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et saisir les champignons. Assurez-vous de bien les caram\u00e9liser. Saler, poivrer. Cuire environ 2 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Ajouter l\u2019ail et le prosciutto. Poursuivre la cuisson 2 minutes. Ajouter les \u00e9pinards et cuire 1 minute. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque les p\u00e2tes sont pr\u00eates et \u00e9goutt\u00e9es, remettre \u00e0 la casserole avec le fromage ricotta et le pesto.
