R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans cette m\u00eame casserole, faire sauter le restant des oignons (125 ml) dans 5 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Cuire 2 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen-doux. Ajouter les carottes, les c\u00e9leris et 3 gousses d\u2019ail. Poursuivre la cuisson 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les tomates, le basilic, l\u2019origan, le sucre et la cro\u00fbte de parmesan. Saler, poivrer et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un m\u00e9langeur sur pied, r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e la sauce tomate. Pour terminer la cuisson des boulettes, ajoutez-les \u00e0 la sauce. Couvrir, baisser le feu et laisser mijoter 10 minutes.
