{"id":17446,"date":"2014-03-20T16:59:39","date_gmt":"2014-03-20T20:59:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nautilusplus.com\/?p=17446"},"modified":"2021-11-11T13:00:36","modified_gmt":"2021-11-11T18:00:36","slug":"bavette-de-boeuf-et-couscous-au-chou-fleur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cms.nautilusplus.com\/fr\/bavette-de-boeuf-et-couscous-au-chou-fleur\/","title":{"rendered":"Bavette de b\u0153uf et couscous au chou-fleur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"center\"><b>4 portions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingr\u00e9dients<br \/>\n<\/b>125 ml (1\/2 tasse) d\u2019\u00e9chalotes, hach\u00e9es finement<br \/>\n60 ml (1\/4 de tasse) de vin blanc<br \/>\n30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9<br \/>\n30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de moutarde de Dijon<br \/>\n30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de vinaigre de cidre<br \/>\n10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de thym<br \/>\n2 feuilles de laurier<br \/>\n454 g (1 lb) de bavette de b\u0153uf<br \/>\n15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n20 (333 g) tomates cerises en grappe<br \/>\n48 (338 g) asperges vertes<br \/>\n125 ml (1\/2 tasse) de couscous sec<br \/>\n500 ml (2 tasses) de bouillon de poulet, r\u00e9duit en sodium<br \/>\n500 ml (2 tasses) de chou-fleur, hach\u00e9 finement au robot culinaire<br \/>\nLe jus d\u2019un demi citron<br \/>\n30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019oignon vert hach\u00e9<br \/>\nSel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/p>\n<p><b>Cette recette contient par portion&nbsp;:<br \/>\n<\/b>343 calories \/ 37 g glucides \/ 31 g prot\u00e9ines \/ 8&nbsp;g lipides \/ 7 g fibres<\/p>\n<p><b>Pr\u00e9paration<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer ensemble l\u2019\u00e9chalote, le vin blanc, l\u2019ail, la moutarde de Dijon, le vinaigre de cidre, le thym, la feuille de laurier. Poivrer. Faire mariner les morceaux de bavette dans le bol, au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 1 heure.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 375 \u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale tr\u00e8s chaude, faire saisir les morceaux de bavette dans 5 ml l\u2019huile d\u2019olive deux minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Saler.<\/li>\n<li>Sur une plaque allant au four recouverte d\u2019un papier parchemin, ajouter les tomates cerises, recouvrir de 5 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, saler, poivrer. Sur la m\u00eame plaque, mettre les morceaux de bavette et cuire pendant 10 minutes pour une bavette saignante et 20 minutes pour une bavette bien cuite.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le bouillon de poulet, puis ajouter le chou-fleur. Saler, poivrer.&nbsp; Cuire 5 minutes, puis ajouter le couscous. Fermer le feu, couvrir et laisser cuire pendant 5 minutes. &nbsp;Ajouter le jus de citron et les oignons verts, bien m\u00e9langer. R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les asperges sur la plaque au four 5 minutes avant la fin de la cuisson de la bavette.
