Have you heard about oat milk? Currently this is the new trend in terms of “milk” plant-based, it is really appreciated by latte coffee lovers and perfect in a smoothie! Here is my favorite recipe of the moment. I also invite you to read my article about oatmeal here

Ingredients
1 cup oat milk
1 medium frozen banana, sliced
1 tbsp. smooth natural peanut butter
1 tbsp. Hemp seeds
1 tsp. Cacao power
Preparation
Mix ingredients in blender and serve.
Nutritional value : calories 350, carbohydrates 49g (7g of fiber), fat 15g, protein 13g
