When you join Nautilus Plus, you become part of a group of professionals eager to develop and use their skills to help Quebecers change their lifestyle habits. You’ll first be integrated into one of our teams, then receive the appropriate training for the position(s) you hold.
Our Kinesiologists and Kinesiology students receive training that is unrivalled on the market. Over 45 hours in length, our training program covers all the topics needed to become an excellent trainer: client management and retention, assessment, counseling, prescription, and training methods.
Our Nutritionists also take part in a comprehensive training program so that they, too, carry out their work in line with the expectations and requirements of our members and our organization. Over 30 hours in length, our training program covers client management and retention, assessment, counseling, and nutritional monitoring.
If you’re interested in managing and handling files, you’ll have the opportunity to develop the skills required to become a good manager. Your team manager, supported by our human resources team, will take care of your development and guide you at your own pace.

What education is required to work at Nautilus Plus?

For the position of personal trainer, we require candidates to be university students or graduates in kinesiology or any other field related to physical activity.
To work as a nutritionist, we require candidates to be members of the ODNQ.
To give group classes, we’re looking for dynamic instructors who hold a relevant group class certification.
As well, therapists working with us must be members of a professional association recognized in Quebec.
