Ingredients :
2 crackers, multigrain
1 tbsp. (15 ml) almond butter
1 banana, small, sliced
1 tbsp. (15 ml) hemp seeds
1 tsp. (5 ml) honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Spread the almond butter on the crackers
- Add the bananas, hemp seeds, and honey
- Enjoy!
