Sometimes, coming back from vacation and seeing yourself on pictures can be quite a shock; at least it was for me. My story goes the same as that of many other women.
As the years go by, we start to neglect physical activity. Rather than walking, I started driving when I had to go shopping. Next, we neglect nutrition, pack on a few pounds, and begin to feel self-conscious; that’s when the problems begin to emerge. In my case, it was a knee issue I had been dragging around for a while. This had to stop someday. I was fed up. Instead of putting away these pictures of myself, I started to follow a training program. I wanted to do something about my condition, regain my figure, and be healthy once again. I put my trust in a personal trainer and a nutritionist who both proved to be a great help to me. I have now integrated self-discipline in my life, and I am proud of it. I am looking forward to my next pictures!
