Peach & Ginger Lemonade Mocktail
Quantity: 6 servings
Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 3 cups peaches, frozen
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 6 cups (1.5 L) water
- 1 cup lemon juice
Preparation:
- In a small pot, combine the peaches, ginger, maple syrup and about 1 cup of water (reserve the other 5 cups of water for later).
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Purée the mixture with a blender. If necessary, strain to remove any chunks.
- When ready to serve, add ice, water, lemon juice and adjust to taste.
Nutritional values: 114 calories | 1g protein | 29g carbohydrates | 0g fat | 2g fiber
Orange Cranberry & Basil Mocktail
Quantity: 8 servings
Preparation time: 5 min
Marinating time: 1 hour or overnight
Ingredients:
- 6 cups (1.5L) cranberry-raspberry juice
- Lemon juice
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 2 cups (500 mL) sparkling water
- A dozen fresh basil leaves
- Choice of fruit
Preparation:
- In a large container, pour in the cranberry-raspberry juice, the lemon juice, the zest and juice of orange, the basil and fruit of your choice.
- Allow the ingredients to marinate for a minimum of one hour. For added taste, ideally allow to marinate overnight.
- When ready to serve, add sparkling water and ice cubes.

Spicy Apple Cider Mocktail
Quantity: 4 servings
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 4 cups (1 L) apple juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cloves
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) ground ginger
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
Preparation:
- In a pot, combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve.
- Serve on ice.
